Deliver A Well Documented Project
OpenContent Construction Management provides for a document-centric approach to engineering construction activities. At the beginning of a project, the project lead answers a set of simple questions about the project. The solution will automatically generate the required 1.0 documents (from templates) as well as folder hierarchy. The project lead can easily monitor the status of documents as they move from 1.0 to approved documents. The solution provides for email to and from a project for tracking correspondence. The solution provides the following benefits:
- Enforces the use of templates for initial versions
- Eliminates unsecured and difficult to monitor LAN drives
- Reduces Training
- Improves monitoring of project document status
A significant cost savings can be achieved by providing a configurable and intuitive interface that is specifically designed for management of engineering documents. The solution was built using industry standards and includes functionality that is mandated by the NRC, FDA and other regulatory agencies.
