Alfresco Solutions & Products

A stream-lined interface and intuitive user experience for Search and Retrieval. Many clients find a higher user adoption when compared to Alfresco Share. Clients have also utilized OpenContent Search to implement an offline search interface to support read-only users as well as redundancy/fail-over architecture, especially useful in regulated industries where access to documents can’t be interrupted, like nuclear and pharma.

A stream-lined interface and intuitive user experience. A highly configurable, stream-lined, interface to efficiently view and interact with a set of related documents. Features like Dual Pane viewing and embedded annotations give users all the functionality needed to make their job easier. OpenContent Case has been used across several industries, including: financial services/insurance, property management, contract management, and engineering.

Industry leading high volume migration utility with source and target adapters for Documentum, Alfresco, JDBC, Solr, FileNet, Hadoop, SharePoint, and many others. Our customers have leveraged made OpenMigrate Well Documented for initial loads, upgrades, and publishing and syncing jobs. OpenMigrate was named the Alfresco Solution of the Year 2015.

Provides a 100% “browser only” approach for annotating PDF Documents in Alfresco. Can be used as an Alfresco Share extension or within OCMS as well as integrated into other solutions.

Provides high performance full-featured Web Services interfacing to Alfresco.  OpenContent provides access to low level Alfresco functions not supported by CMIS.  Open Content is also available for Documentum and Hadoop. OpenContent is a RESTful API built using Java.
