This method will take care of adding the prefix "rel_" to whatever relationType is passed in TODO: the permissions for this won't quite work because they should only "need" relate permissions on the document to add a relation BUT we are calling enhancedUpdateObject on the object, which will bomb out if the user doesn't have at least WRITE permissions
