AWS & Alfresco – AAIS Case Study – Insurance Policy Management and Machine Learning

You are here: Home / Alfresco / AWS & Alfresco – AAIS Case Study – Insurance Policy Management and Machine Learning

August 13, 2019

TSG, Alfresco, and AAIS have partnered to provide a best in class content management and tailored advisory solution ensuring the success of each of its members and customers. Watch our recent case study to see how the flexibility of a cloud native content management solution running on Amazon Web Services with OpenContent Management Suite and powered by Kira‘s machine learning technology has enabled AAIS to redefine their entire form management process.

The solution includes several different components including:

  • TSG’s OpenContent Management Suite to manage Policy Forms and other insurance documents. The system provides tight versioning control and allows AAIS to respond quickly and thoroughly to regulatory and legislative changes. Robust change management features allow for seamless product development and maintenance, thorough peer and legal review, and packaging of complete filing submissions to external jurisdiction approvers. Integration with
  • Workshare Compare allows for dynamic redline generation of document changes between versions to assist with legal review and analysis of document changes over time.
  • Kira is leveraged for policy language comparisons and analysis through machine learning technology. An extensive library containing provision models across the Property and Casualty industry allows the system to deliver timely and accurate parsing at the clause level, expediting new development, compliance updates, and product on-boarding.

For an in-depth technical demonstration, check out our video walking through the use case below:
